Overview
Reckless authorities inspector Sai Gau (Zhang Jin) is on the mission to crack down on criminal Shing's (Shawn Yue) gold smuggling strategy, nonetheless neglects to arrest him. As Sai Gau continues his man hunt, he finds Shing's participation with triad boss Blackie (Yasuaki Kurata), that hides to a casino cruise ship on the seas. Shing continues to be engaged in a power struggle within the smuggling ring, and is forced to kill his adopted dad. In addition, he loses his talk of smuggling into Blackie. While Sai Gau is there to hunt because of him personally, to get Shing appears on the railroad.
